TEN Arquitectos’s latest, Cassa Hotel & Residences, is now on the market and semi-open for business in the form of a decorator’s showhouse, the third such affair put on by television network Showtime. The madly styled penthouse is set in the top three floors of Norten’s 45th Street tower includes rooms designed for the network’s most popular characters, from pill-popping Nurse Jackie to the serial murderer/avenger Dexter.
